Project MainHattan — public information, pricing, and policies
Paid access to features of a digital online service for creating,
editing, and publishing user-made 3D content. Prices are shown in US
dollars (USD). Card payments by Visa and Mastercard. Full public
information for viewing without JavaScript is provided below.

Service pricing
Each purchase applies to a specific building slot on the map. The
price is shown in US dollars before payment, and the slot is delivered
after the payment is confirmed.
Project MainHattan does not sell internal currency, prepaid credits,
account balances, or stored value.
Public Offer
This public offer describes paid access to the digital service
features of Project MainHattan. The agreement is a contract of
adhesion; acceptance is made by the user electronically (registration
/ consent on the checkout page / payment).
Digital service
The product is paid access to a specific building slot in the Project
MainHattan digital online service, including editor tools for
creating, editing, saving, and publishing user-made 3D content. Access
is delivered digitally and is not shipped as a physical product.
Project MainHattan does not sell internal currency, account balances,
stored value, prepaid credits, or tradable digital assets. Activating
an editing slot grants a revocable license to an in-app editing slot
and does not transfer real-world property.
Price and payment
The price of a specific building slot is shown in US dollars before
payment. The final amount, including any promo code applied as a fixed
USD discount, is calculated and verified on the Project MainHattan
backend before the payment is created.
Delivery
The building slot is delivered to the authenticated account after the
payment provider confirms a successful payment through a verified
server callback. If a promo code fully covers the price, the slot is
delivered without calling the payment provider. No physical delivery
is provided. Services are provided online in accordance with
applicable law.
Right of withdrawal and immediate access
Paid access is digital content supplied immediately. Before payment,
the user gives explicit consent to immediate provision of access and
acknowledges the loss of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once
provision begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does
not affect refunds required by law or caused by a verified billing
error.
Terms of Service
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.

Public nicknames, content titles, descriptions, and published builds
must not impersonate others or violate applicable law.

Project MainHattan may restrict access to accounts, content, or
editing areas that are abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the
service.

External links in user-generated content are currently disabled.

You must not publish materials with explicit 18+ adult content.

You must not publish materials containing sensitive graphic content,
violent abuse, or other harmful content that is unsafe for a general
audience.

You must not use content metadata, profile fields, or map content to
promote prohibited goods/services or to bypass moderation checks.
Paid access to building slots
Paid access is provided for a specific building slot that the user
selects on the map. Project MainHattan does not use internal currency
or stored balances. Activating an editing slot grants a revocable,
non-exclusive license to an in-app editing slot; it is not a purchase
of real-world property and does not create a tradable digital asset.
User-generated content
You keep responsibility for the content you create or publish.
Published names, descriptions, and builds must not contain illegal
goods or services, fraud, hate content, intellectual-property
violations, payment-card testing, or any content prohibited by the
payment provider or applicable law.
Account blocking
If you violate the Terms or moderation rules, the administration may
remove content, restrict features, temporarily suspend, or block your
account. In case of serious or repeated violations, blocking may be
applied without refund of payments, except where required by
applicable law.
Refund Policy
Access to service features is a digital service supplied immediately
after confirmed payment. Exchanges do not apply. Before payment, the
user consents to immediate provision of access and acknowledges the
loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal once provision begins, to the
extent permitted by law. Once access is delivered, payments are
generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or
caused by a verified billing error.
If a payment is duplicated, charged incorrectly, or access is not
delivered after a successful provider confirmation, contact support
with the account email, provider receipt ID, amount, and approximate
payment time. Access delivery may be suspended while disputed,
fraudulent, or abusive activity is reviewed.
Privacy Policy
The service processes: account data (email, public nickname, avatar,
authentication provider, user ID); user-generated content (metadata,
voxel builds, models, descriptions); product activity (activated
editing areas, building-slot purchases, transactions); technical
records (API requests, security logs, device/browser data).
Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not
stored by Project MainHattan. The application stores only payment
status, provider IDs, package details, currency, timestamps, and
